About Perk

Perk turns Shopify product pages into the place where discounts actually work: a clippable coupon the shopper sees, a unique code they claim in one tap, and a checkout where the discount is already applied.

Who builds Perk

Perk is built and run by Luke Devlin Solutions, the independent software studio of founder Luke Devlin. It launched on the Shopify App Store in June 2026 and has shipped steadily since: five discount types, unique single-use codes for every visitor, and a widget designed to disappear into any theme. There is no outsourced support desk. The person answering support@useperk.app is the person who wrote the code.

Why Perk exists

Most discount tools solve the merchant's half of the problem: create a code, set the rules. The shopper's half stays broken. They never see the offer on the product page, they abandon carts to hunt for codes, and the codes they find on coupon sites cost margin the merchant never agreed to spend. Perk was built to close that gap: show the offer where the buying decision happens, and apply it without asking anyone to type.

What we believe

• Urgency has to be honest. Perk countdowns run to the campaign's real end date, and the offer genuinely ends at zero. No evergreen timers, no resets. It keeps merchants compliant with Shopify policy and consumer law, and it keeps shoppers' trust.
• Discounts should protect margins, not leak them. Every visitor gets their own single-use code by default, so there is nothing for coupon aggregators to scrape, and every discount is scoped to exactly the products the merchant chose.
• The merchant's brand leads. The widget matches the store's theme instead of shouting over it, and stays light enough that shoppers never feel it load.
